Verlingue accelerates its digital transformation with an ambitious investment plan in technological innovation that aims to increase its digital agility and create new services for its customers. The insurance broker relies on one of the major players in the companies digital transformation, the onepoint group.
After the successful launch of Assur@ccess, a 100% digital solution for the insurance of borrowers dedicated to banking networks, and Immo@ccess, dedicated to real estate professionals, Verlingue has decided to go further by creating its own Digital Factory, in order to develop quickly and on a large scale some new innovative service offers for the companies it advises in France and abroad.
Verlingue’s Digital Factory will be based in Nantes, within the ecosystem which saved the strongest growth of the digital employment in France, in 2017. It will bring together multidisciplinary teams that will bring together their digital expertise to Verlingue and to different entities of the Adélaïde group. Onepoint and Verlingue’s teams will work on it in an agile mode, in a co-construction approach which will involve clients, providers and start-ups.
All of the Verlingue’s professions in terms of company’s risks and complementary social protection will benefit from this accelerator. Many strategic projects are already launched as the clients’ platform redesign Easy@ccess which revolutionized Verlingue’s offer of services, more than 10 years ago.
Eric Maumy, Chief Executive of Verlingue: “We started our digital transformation in 2005 by creating platforms that revolutionized our service model. Just like the new players that are shaking up the insurance market, we have chosen to accelerate the digitalization of services that are delivered to businesses, to further improve the customer experience and to become more efficient and competitive. By relying on a partner of excellence such as onepoint, we are adding our expertise and creating a place of innovation that will benefit all our customers.”
David Layani, CEO of onepoint: “In a world where everything is accelerating, digital transformation calls for a global reinvention of how companies organize and proceed to provide the best service to their customers, stay innovative and become more agile. Only a transversal approach, associating all the businesses and centered on the human support, allows to initiate a transformation creating added value for the company as well as for its customers. Onepoint is proud to have been chosen by a family group that shares its values and makes digital innovation an actual growth level and improvement of its services. Verlingue and onepoint will now work hand in hand to build together the closest insurance broker to its customers and the most digital in the market.”
